Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo an impartial and confidential review before any publication decision is made.

Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review The identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and unbiased evaluation.

Review Stages

Initial Editorial Assessment

Each manuscript is first assessed by the Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Office to determine whether it falls within the journal's aims and scope, and complies with submission guidelines, ethical standards, and formatting requirements. Manuscripts not meeting basic requirements may be returned without external review.

External Peer Review

Manuscripts passing initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers evaluate originality, significance, methodological soundness, quality of analysis, clarity of presentation, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal.

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers' comments and recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions:

Accept without revisions

Accept with minor revisions

Revise and resubmit (major)

Reject

Revision Process

Authors receiving revision requests should submit the revised manuscript along with a point-by-point response explaining how each reviewer comment has been addressed. Revised manuscripts may be sent back to reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

Confidentiality

All submitted manuscripts and review reports are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not disclose, distribute, or use any unpublished material for personal research or other purposes.

Ethical Standards

Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, objective, and timely evaluations. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and reviewers should decline if such conflicts could influence their judgment.

Publication Decision

Acceptance is based solely on academic merit, originality, quality, and relevance. The journal does not discriminate on the basis of nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, or personal beliefs.
